The Dwarka Expressway, officially NH-248BB, is the primary corridor for Sector 88A. It connects Dwarka in Delhi to Kherki Daula in Gurgaon, and has been one of the most closely watched infrastructure projects in the NCR because of the residential and commercial development it has attracted along its length.
NH-48 (the old Delhi-Jaipur highway) runs through central Gurgaon and links the city to both Delhi and destinations further south-west. It is a few kilometres from Sector 88A and provides an alternate route when the expressway is congested.
The Central Peripheral Road offers a way to move across Gurgaon's sectors without always routing through NH-48, connecting towards Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road on the other side of the city.
The Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB) runs approximately 29 km between Dwarka in Delhi and Kherki Daula on NH-8 in Gurugram, and is built as an 8-lane, access-controlled highway with sections that include India's first elevated urban expressway stretch and multi-level interchanges. This scale of engineering is a large part of why the corridor has attracted sustained residential and commercial development along its length, including in Sector 88A.
Large parts of the Gurugram-side stretch have been opened to traffic in phases over the last few years, progressively cutting travel times between New Gurgaon sectors, NH-48 and Delhi.
The Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB) is the primary corridor, roughly 1.5-2 km from the project.
Yes, NH-48 is approximately 5-6 km away and serves as an alternate route into central Gurgaon and towards Delhi.
The Central Peripheral Road connects the wider Dwarka Expressway belt to Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, offering an additional route across Gurgaon.
