The 9 towers are arranged with room for gardens, courts and walkways in between, and the project is being built out in 4 phases so that infrastructure and amenities mature gradually and consistently rather than all at once.
Centre Court, the first phase, covers 6.119 acres and is where early deliveries and current bookings are focused. Later phases will extend the same master plan logic across the remaining land parcel.
A master plan built around 9 towers on 24 acres leaves meaningful room between blocks for landscaped gardens, internal courts and walkways rather than towers standing wall to wall.
